On the Mend

The Leuck house can almost be granted a clean bill of health.  Yes even Jeryd got this disease, and it is lingering, the runny nose and wet cough seem to just be part of life right now.  Even Logan who was inflicted almost two weeks ago still has the persistent cough.  Ugh.  At least my energy is coming back; I was actually motivated to start the pre-moving process this weekend.  I cleaned out junk drawers and closets, and threw away a bunch of stuff…it feels good to purge.  Jeryd and I have also been house hunting online and have come up with our wish list of homes; I am excited, you can get a lot for your money in Marysville.  It might not be the nicest place to live but at least our home will be lovely.  I find myself daydreaming about paint colors and new furniture and I am looking forward to feathering my nest.   Two more months and we are out of here, which is good because I am done with the cold, it snowed last night, and not regular snow but snow that looks like dip-in-dots….seriously!  I would almost rather there be regular snow, the weather is just too weird.  Oh and this weekend it was actually some-what nice, Logan insisted on wearing shorts even though it was only in the mid-forties, he also insisted on having a quasi-picnic with Rem outside.  He made a fruit salad and Remy was giddy to be included in the preparations.  Remy loves Logan, he follows him around like a little puppy, I am so glad that they have each other. 

Anyway, I am procrastinating, I have loads of homework to do for these two lame classes that I am doing and I am doing everything besides what I should be (I even vacuumed…I am desperate).  Alright enough procrastinating.  Hope you all have a good rest of the week.  Here is some sweet baby sleeping love…..Gosh a nap sounds good….NOPE!  Homework here I come.
