I'm running on empty.
The damn dog peed on the carpet again.
She also is intent on destroying the sliding glass door,
oh, and she chewed through leash #2.
She needs some doggie boot-camp...
She (like us all), needs Jeryd home.
39 more days.

I love Halloween time.
We got to dress up and celebrate a little early this year.
Our friends down the street had a Halloween themed b-day party.
It was a lot of fun.

This girl is talking like crazy....
She is pretty cute.

I took my cute kids (and my stinky dog) to our favorite place this last weekend.
We got to spend some quality time with the people we love.
We were long overdue.
I brought my camera to the park on Saturday.
We had a lot of fun.
We always do.
Logan was super sad to leave.
I can understand.
It is hard to leave a place where you are adored by so many.
Maybe one day we will settle ourselves down, surrounded by all of our people.
I look forward to the day.

On Saturday we also headed out towards:
It was such a beautiful day,
a trip to the ocean was mandatory.
There was this random local man who had the same idea.
He was so friendly/kind/full of joy,
despite the fact that he was clearly homeless.
It was refreshing to be in his presence.
I told Logan that we should all be so lucky.
That finding joy in all that we do is what life is all about.
The lovely homeless man displayed his kindness and offered to snap a few photos of the group.
I am grateful.

We then headed further south to celebrate another special kid.
Happy birthday #6 Milo!
We love you!
We got to celebrate at:
What a cool place for a birthday.
The kids were non stop the whole time.
Jumping, balancing, hanging, frolicking.
There was this awesome foam pit that they just couldn't get enough of.
Such a fun day!
****
Wish the trip didn't have to be so short.
Looking forward to Thanksgiving.
The kids get a whole week off,
we will have to continue the fun for sure.
*******
I've been working on xmas presents.
Last year I made
for the grandmas.
I am now working on this years edition, with more recipients in mind.
It's a nice way to pick your favorite photos taken during the year,
and come on,
everyone needs a calendar.
*****
Let's all remember the homeless man and find the joy today.
xoxo
