Recharged

Oh Joy of Joy's!  We were finally able to go outside today (sans winter coats).  I have never been so happy to see the sun.  The morning started a little rough with little boys waking up before the sun, and a mommy who would have been happy to spend the day in bed.  My almost seven year old also thought it would be a good idea to draw all over my couch cushion, which I unhappily discovered as I sat down to enjoy my morning cup of coffee.  I mean come on, I would have expected it from Remy but Logan is almost seven years old!  I thought this phase had passed, but no, there on the center cushion of our couch, a lovely grouping of stars and hearts for everyones viewing pleasure....argh!   I am never going to have anything nice.  Everything gets destroyed.....
But alas, there is not much to do except ground the kid, and that being done, we move on.....
On to finally getting a nice enough day to play outside!  The sun makes this mama smile.  There is something about basking in the rays and letting the warmth heat your face, that kind of washes away any troubles.  I have been recharged.

And my Rem was stoked to find rock treasures,

Oh, he is awesome

And ride his big boy scooter.

And the big boys were too busy to be bothered by anything other than their imaginations.
