Lovely Long Locks.

I would like to take a moment to talk about my middle child.  My sweet Remy Anson has a bit of an obsession.  Anytime he is in an arms length of me, I find his hands tangled in my hair.  He LOVES playing with it,and he has been doing it for as long as I have known him.

He is about 8 months here.

When I am putting him down to sleep I usually lay with him for a bit, and the whole time he is drifting off to dream land he has a handful of my hair.  He takes it and holds it up to his face, I catch him breathing it in and rubbing it on his cheek.  It is his comfort when he is hurt/sad/sick.  This kid has adopted the hair on my head as his security blanket, and you know what, I am fine with that.  I love the snuggles I get to share with this little man, he is a lover, and I wouldn't change this bond for anything in the world.

 And the good thing about Remy's obsession is that he doesn't discriminate, if you have the hair, he will gravitate towards you.

Here he is catching some Z's with his lovely aunt Aidan.  She too has lovely long locks.  

I think in the future when he is choosing a spouse, his love of long locks is going to be a deciding factor.  I am going to have to share Remy's obsession with whomever he chooses so she knows not to ever cut her hair.
