I just got done yelling at my kids...
...I'm giving myself a mommy time-out.
As I sit here, I will take a few deep breaths and write about our trip to the Zoo.
Oh wait....
....Have to yell at Miss Scarlet one more time,
she's tormenting her brother.

Ahhhhh...The Zoo.
The dinosaurs were fearsome...
..oh wait..
...
The polar bears were fearsome.
(that's better)
Actually, they looked quite cuddly.
The kids were well behaved.
We rode the train...
...and watched the Grizzly bears get fed.
It was a little chilly..
...but still a lovely day.
There was a baby Tiger!
And a baby Giraffe.
There is no yelling when we are at the zoo.
I'm thinking we should set up a habitat and live there.
Sister way joyous,
and displayed that joy with song.

It was a grand day.

Thursday is my birthday.
My husband is actually going to be around this year to celebrate it with me.
That's the best present I could ask for.
