There are people in life who
(despite distances and lapses in time),
you will always have a connection with.
The kids and I got to meet up with a special group of these people earlier this week.
We ate, we talked, we laughed.
We reconnected as if no time had passed at all.
It was awesome.

We are so fortunate to have you amazing people in our lives.
It was great to see all of you again
(and to also meet the many new humans that had been created in our absence).
Thank you all for such a wonderful and memorable evening,
The kids and I had SO much fun,
They kept saying that it was
"THE BEST NIGHT EVER!"
(The only thing missing was Jeryd.
We will have him with us the next time for sure.)
