Hi!

Ok,

Last week Jeryd decided to leave.

(TDY for work).

The day he left, I decided to trim the hedges.

I wound up trimming my finger instead.

Ten stitches.

My fantastic neighbor saved the day!

She took wonderful care of me.

She also made sure my kids were ok while I was being stitched up.

She is my favorite.

Not only that,

but she then brings me these FANTASTIC treats!

I lucked out in the neighbor department that's for sure!

When Jeryd returned,

he brought Mimi and Cooper back with him!

(their planes landed at the same time).

Best friends together again!

We got to celebrate Easter together.....

...We got to play together...

...We visited Natchitoches Louisiana together....

....We visited the alligator farm together...

...and in between our adventure,

we were just happy to share in each others company....

...to just be together.

We sure do miss our California family.

Counting down the days until summer break.

It was easier (less difficult) to say goodbye this time,

knowing that we would see them in just a few (7) short weeks.
