Well....we've been able to knock a few things off of our list.
School is over.

We close on our house this week.

Please remind me next time to never embark on this journey (house buying/selling) when I know that my husband is going to be absent for the majority of the time.
The stress was/is unreal.
I cannot wait for it all to be over.
Jeryd was gone for 3 weeks, came home for 2 days, and is gone once again on yet another TDY.
He promises me that this is the last one for awhile.
Promises promises.

In those few days that we had Jeryd back, we took a spontaneous trip to Tahoe.
It was a much needed break from all of the stress.
The beach was lovely, hardly anyone was there.
We embarked on our journey despite threats of bad weather/thunderstorms.
Luck was on our side.
We did not see a single cloud the entire day.
The weather was warm,
the water was cold,
and we were all in heaven.
Logan especially.
He only came out of the water to eat/use the toilet.
I am thrilled that my kids love this place as much as I do.
Tahoe is truly my most favorite place.

I am driving down to meet P-pa tomorrow.
Logan is going to be staying with them for most of the summer.
This will be his first summer in JR guards.
I am SO excited for him.
